Shipping & Delivery

Generally, we give an estimate of 5-10 working days from the day when you place the order and You'll get the tracking details on your email id once your parcel is ready to dispatch. In case the product you order gets out of stock, it may take 3-5 additional days for delivery. You will be notified accordingly. 

Shipping charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination, shipping method, and order value. You can view the applicable shipping charges during the checkout process.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is not available because for over 30% of COD orders, our shipping partners attempt to deliver the product but are unable to do so. This is frustrating for the customer, who never receives the product.

This also means that we pay double for shipping - once for the attempted delivery, and once for the return.

That is the reason we don't offer COD at this movement. 

To encourage our customers to use Prepaid, we offer free shipping on all Prepaid Orders (TnC applied).
