Refunds:
Get complete Refund if order not dispatched in 5 working days.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns:
Returns are only accepted if received a damaged / broken product size mismatch.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In case of unseen circumstances in shipping, we would ask the consumer to share some valid proof if they want a replacement. (ex. Unboxing Video of the parcel clearly showing the initial opening of the seal. Our team will look forward and address your issue within 2 working days)

To return or cancel an order, a cancellation charge will be applied which .Customer has to ship back the order on their own, once we receive the package our team checks the received package and the refund is credited with 4-5 Business Days.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thecultjeresys.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.​
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled if no product is dispatched.
No cancellations after the order is shipped & dispatched
No cancellations can be made to combine discounted order together.
